Donation Request Policy Donation requests must be either submitted via the online form or in writing. Along with the name of your organization and the proposed donation needs, please include a contact name, return mailing address, phone number and necessary dates. If your donation is centered around an event, a minimum of fourteen business days notice must be given; 6 weeks is optimum.
